The Food
Sixty Vines states that their menus are inspired by the seasonal cuisine of the wine country, made with local ingredients, and brought to you fresh from their open kitchen. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, uniquely prepared, and change with the season depending on the products available from local farmers and small growers.
I agree, their food is absolutely delicious and fresh! Their menu has a wide variety to choose from and some of my favorites are their cheese flights, where you create your own; their brussels sprouts (crisp fried, kung pao vinaigrette, scallions, cashews), I use to hate brussels sprouts until I tried these; spicy sausage pizza (tomato sauce, house made sausage, mozzarella, provolone, pickled fresno peppers, fennel, basil); and their fettuccine (roasted chicken, spinach, artichoke, pecorino & chardonnay cream, lemon zest, ciabatta breadcrumbs), so delicious!
Wine on Tap
When you dine at At Sixty Vines, not only will you have the opportunity to indulge in some the the area’s best Italian food, but you can expect to take a trip to wine country by enjoying any of their 60 sustainability-friendly wines that are on tap. You will enjoy wine the way it was intended: in a relaxing atmosphere by the glass and at just the right temperature. Wine on tap means the first glass poured is as fresh as the last, just like it was freshly uncorked and it is more environmentally friendly due to less packing.
